BOURNE HIPs are very competive on price.

However our fees reflect the top quality service that we provide. All documentation, that we provide to you, is fully insured and Search Code compliant. We are also registered with the PCCB and our HIP is compliant

Please be aware that some "Low Cost" HIPs may contain HMLR documents that are not sourced directly from HMLR and therefore are not HMLR insured, also they may not be insured or PCCP/HIP Complient.

A "Cheap" HIP may cause you problems...Read  

As further protection for you BOURNE HIPs can provided you with

all your HIP documents on a CD.

At this time we do NOT charge VAT.  So the fee you see is the fee you pay.

As a guidline;

EPC.  £70 1/2 bed property

  £75 3 bed property

  £85 4/5 bed property

Fee* includes one hardcopy for the homeowner and electronic copies to your estate agent/solicitor.

Landlords with multi properties please contact us for discounts.

HIP.  (Inc EPC). Please contact us.

Fee* *includes electronic copies/PIN access to the homeowner/estate agent/solicitor.  For a CD copy please add £5.00 per CD required.

PAYMENT.

EPC.  At the time of the survey. (Landlords/Letting Agents will be invoiced).

HIP.  Upon BOURNE HIPs accepting your instruction.

Please note that for payment by credit card there is an additional fee of £8.00
