Our Services
BOURNE HIPs have been providing Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) since November 2007.
We are based in Lincolnshire just outside Bourne.
We have an accumulation of over 60 years experience in facilities management.
Our Domestic Energy Assessors are fully licensed, insured and accredited with the
National Home Energy Rating body (NHER).
NHER are one of the top licencing authorities in the UK. Established in 1989, NHER, is a leading authority in the field of energy surveying and their quality auditing system, of DEAs, is second to none.

BOURNE HIPs provide HIPs and EPCs to the general public, landlords, solicitors and property professionals across Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.
As an additional service, to you and your estate agent, the progress of your HIP can be tracked online. Our HIP Tracker will allow your estate agent to begin the marketing of your property as soon as possible. And give you peace of mind.
All searches and documentation, provided by BOURNE HIPs, are Search Code and HIP Code compliant.
As added protection for you we are registered with the PCCB.
